Shipping policy

Carrier

Your products will be shipped with PostNL. However, if you're an international customer, the shipment and delivery will be carried out by a PostNL international partner.

Costs

Your shipping costs will be mentioned during checkout, and you will be charged for your order plus shipping costs. They are based on the shipping costs quoted by PostNL, and kept up to date as much as possible. Shipping taxes are included, however, any possible import duties and/or tariffs are not, and will have to be covered by the customer upon the order arriving at the country of destination's customs office.

Delivery date

By law, we are required to ship your item within 30 days after purchasing, or as per the agreed upon term. Be advised that whenever a product description mentions "This product is made to order", production will commence after your payment has been received. A typical production lead time is 10-20 days, but might be longer. Customers might not receive updates on the projected production lead time. By purchasing a product with a product description that says "This product is made to order", you agree to extend our shipping delay by a maximum of 30 days, to a total of 60 days.
